The benches in the
Hurleyville Firemen's Park
were dedicated in memory of
Perk Jacobson and Lee Turner,
Life Members of the Hurleyville Fire Department,
and in honor of the
Hurleyville Fire Department.

Guests included:

The Hurleyville Fire Department,
The Hurleyville Fire Department Ladies' Auxiliary
Town of Fallsburg Supervisor Steve Levine,
Town of Fallsburg Councilman Neil Gilberg,
Sullivan County Legislator Jodi Goodman,
Sullivan County Legislator Leni Binder,
Senator John Bonacic's representative, Joanne Drake, and
Assemblywoman Aileen Gunther.

Albee Bockman sang the national anthem.

Jim Kaufman,
chaplain of the Hurleyville Fire Department,
delivered the invocation.

David Samuel Bloch
performed his tribute to Hurleyville,
"Welcome to Hurleyville".

Bonnie Makofsky,
Perk's niece,
and Rose Joyce-Turner,
Lee's daughter-in-law,
shared their fond memories of
Perk's and Lee's dedication
to their families, to Hurleyville and
to the Hurleyville Fire Department.
